The nozzle cleaning detector is an electromechanical product that combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control and cleaning detection technology. This product can simulate various operating conditions of engines and clean and inspect various car oil nozzles while also enabling non-disassembly cleaning of car injector nozzles and fuel supply systems. This equipment is an essential and preferred choice for automotive repair industries, maintenance, research, and training departments.

Ultrasonic cleaning: Ultrasonic cleaning can be carried out simultaneously on one or more nozzles to completely remove carbon deposits from oil nozzles.
Homogeneity test: to detect the uniformity of the oil spraying quantity of each nozzle.
Mist observation: Using the background light, the injection and atomization of oil can be observed comprehensively and carefully.
Sealing test: can detect the sealing and dripping of the nozzle under high pressure.
Oil injection detection: It can detect the oil injection under specific operating parameters (such as the same time and the same number of times).
The newly developed GDI fuel nozzle drive software can drive 12V,70V, and 120V high-voltage fuel nozzles.
