2. Product Specification
Common rail injector measurement tools are used to test the travel range for shims or valve adjusting. It is a helpful tool for you to check the injector inside parts.
3. Product Functions
1. Test the nozzle pin valve lift, which decides the nozzle pin valve shim thickness (Horsepower difference)
2. Test the armature total range, which decides the circlip thickness
3. Test armature range, which decides the hexagonal shim thickness below.
4. Test the remaining air gap, which decides the hexagonal shim thickness above.
5. If VE is not proper, pls debug the solenoid valve spring force adjusting shim.
6. If LL is not proper, pls debug the nozzle pin valve spring force shim.

2. Cross lift test: 35-50um
