The DPF regeneration station set is a combination of two sets of equipment: DPF regeneration station + DPF automatic purge station. Among them, the DPF regeneration station is the post-processing system for DPF high temperature, which fully burns the internal carbon deposits, oil, and other impurities in the DPF through the high temperature; and the DPF automatic purge station is the auxiliary DPF regeneration station to purge the carbon deposits and Ash content, improve the combustion effect and have the function of testing the pressure difference.

4. Note
1) The temperature in the DPF heating table is up to 650℃, beware of burns!!!
2) DPF heating and blowing have direction requirements; the wrong direction will affect the heating and blowing effect
3) Regularly clean the dust on the DPF regeneration table and the blower table. It is recommended to clean the 3~5 DPF after cleaning
4) Check whether the equipment circuit is damaged every six months (check by professionals)
5) Every three months, check the equipment pipeline for damage and leakage
6) Check whether the equipment fasteners are loose every six months
7) Please be sure to bring protective equipment when using DPF equipment
