1. Function Introduction
a.Check SPV valve, TCV valve, FCV valve: SPV valve: control injection quantity; TCV valve: control injection timing; FCV valve: open and close fuel supply;
b: Check the speed sensor.
2. Wiring Harness Connection Instruction
a. 2pin aviation plug (gray three-pin plug): speed sensor plug;
b. 3pin aviation plug: SPV valve plug;
c. 3pin aviation plug: TCV/FCV valve plug;
3. Testing Process
a. First connect the speed sensor, SPV valve, TCV, and FCV valve plug; Only V5 pumps have FCV valves.
b. Select the pump type, 4 or 6 cylinders; Tap the screen to switch between 4 and 6 cylinders, or press the knob to select.
c.Set 300 rpm. After the speed is stable, press the button or click the start button in the lower left corner of the screen to start.
When the green dot is displayed on the left side of the PWM duty cycle, the tester is in the startup state.
The start button in the lower left corner of the screen displays blue as the starting state, and gray as the stopping state.
d.Press the button or click the button in the lower left corner of the screen to start.
When the TCV / FCV button is displayed in blue, it is on.
When it is displayed in gray, it is off.
e.Turn the knob to adjust the PWM duty cycle. Adjust the fuel injection amount.
f.Some pumps need to raise the voltage.
If you can’t inject oil, click the display box behind the lifting. The display opens, showing the existing boost voltage.
